Anita B. Suson has over 30 years of transactional legal experience representing businesses (both public and private) as a law firm member and also as in-house counsel for three entities. She has handled all types of contracting, including, information technology and asset  or stock acquisitions, dispositions, loan documentation and leases (commercial (office, industrial, ground, and retail) and residential) throughout the United States.

Her combined background in corporate, finance and real estate in the energy, banking and real estate sectors allows her to provide insight into potential business risks and mitigation strategies. She has the ability to create special purpose entities and covenants, conditions and restrictions for development projects; draft deeds, bills of sale, assignments, and stock powers; and conduct title and survey review; due diligence and non-judicial foreclosures as needed for the completion of these transactions.

Anita is known for her tenacity in protecting her clients’ best interest while maintaining the flexibility to negotiate win/win compromises.

She is the proud mother of two adult sons and has one granddaughter. Her personal passion is tutoring struggling high school students in math.
