Andrew Raish represents developers, landowners, investors, and other real estate professionals in all stages of their transactions: preparing entity formation documents, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, addressing title and survey issues, reviewing loan documents and due diligence materials, and facilitating the closing.  Andrew also has significant experience with leasing transactions concerning industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use properties on behalf of landlords and tenants.

Andrew is known in the Houston real estate industry as an effective deal maker who prioritizes straight talk in objectively analyzing clients’ current opportunities in the face of their long-term goals. 

Earlier in his career, Andrew developed considerable experience as an oil and gas attorney.   This knowledge of subsurface and mineral legal issues now complements his strategic advice to clients when their development plans conflict with oil, gas, and pipeline concerns.

Andrew is married to the former Brooke Harris and is the father of four young children.  He is active in his West Houston community as a SBMSA basketball coach and serves as the camping coordinator for Cub Scout Pack 599.
