Stephen Ressling represents regional and local commercial banks and other financial institutions in various types of real estate and commercial financing transactions. He has been board certified in Commercial and Residential Real Estate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1992.

In addition, Stephen has extensive experience in the following areas of practice:

• Representing developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, financing, disposition, and leasing of real property.
• Negotiating and drafting office, industrial, and retail leases for landlords and tenants.

Stephen earned a law degree from the University of Houston School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Southwestern University.
